I, along with 100 other cyclists will be heading out on the adventure of a lifetime; a 300 mile bike ride throughout Israel. Cyclists will be raising money for two wonderful organizations, both doing great work on tiny budgets, the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and Hazon.
